Wonderful Hotel Experience!
friendly staff spacious suite jacuzzi bath
the staff were super friendly and really helped me. i had a junior suite and it was so big and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. the jacuzzi bath included salts and other amenities i really needed after a stressful morning!!!
there was no hot water available in the entire hotel. this was a significant inconvenience.

the hotel is centrally located in a beautiful area close to main attractions. it offered convenient access to various points of interest and made exploring easy. it provides a great base for sightseeing.

helpful staff architectural design
The staff was very helpful to me. horia and ahlam at the front desk helped me get situated and organized. They took care of everything. the architectural design of the building inside seemed fine to me.
my room had only one cup, and i never received the extras i requested.

friendly staff comfortable bed
The room was spacious. It included a very comfortable king bed. The location is accessible with a short walk to nearby shops. The staff was friendly and ready to help with my requests.
The gym equipment is a little old.

good location helpful staff varied breakfast limited gym equipment night noise expensive bar
the location was good it was near several places i wanted to visit. the staff were helpful with directions. the breakfast included many options it had both local and international dishes.
the gym was not fully equipped some machines were out of service. the room had some noise at night it may have been traffic. the bar was somewhat expensive compared to other places nearby it might be due to it being in the hotel
